Support the VA's Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as an Access Office Policy Governance Support Analyst. Provide OEHRM Access Office support. Coordinate with both the local sites User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) and leadership. Support pre-provisioning preparations which are required to ensure the proper training is in place and go-live preparations are in order. Engage the Provisioning staff within the Access Office. Coordinate with staff to ensure that all OEHRM process changes are clearly communicated between sites and Cerner. Ensure technical changes are in sync with Change Management, Informatics, and Operational teams within OEHRM.  

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with process modelling and site coordination

-Experience with life cycle and project management methodologies  

-Experience with tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress

-Knowledge of end user provisioning and access management

-Ability to maintain high level of organization and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders

-BA or BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or 18+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
