Acquisition Policy & Compliance Analyst

Key Role:

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as an Acquisition Policy & Compliance Analyst. Direct the functional and technical working groups in charge of Task Order Development to create statements of work, assumptions, IGCEs. Collaborate with Cerner and the VA, to guide Task Order development timelines and completion. Assist with the Develop Task Order Development processes, guidelines, and timelines to ensure reusability for future Task orders.  Provide additional support with acquisition and contract administration.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment 

  • Experience in tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress 

  • Experience evaluating service delivery against quality and performance requirements 

  • Experience with Acquisitions Compliance, Audit Preparation, and Instruction/Training 

  • Experience in Contract Administration leadership 

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs 

  • Experience with Health IT Implementation
