Business Analyst, Mid

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in federal IT consulting, support contractor, government staff, or industry staff

  • Experience in client service and interacting with all levels of management

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook

  • Experience with IT portfolio, program, and project management and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Ability to gather, comprehend, and communicate client business requirements and translate into potential solutions

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and present complex data

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to constantly changing requests

  • Ability to interact with executives and facilitate large scale meetings with hands-on government clients, including senior staff

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree​

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with large scale project management, business process improvement, organizational transformation, and digital transformation projects

  • Experience in working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience in solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions

  • Project Management or Agile certification preferred
