Civil Health Strategy and Policy Consultant

Key Role:

Support a variety of internal and client-facing initiatives in support of a civil health team. Engage with clients to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals, asking the right questions to draw out the client’s objectives and vision. Analyze and succinctly present data related to policy, operations, strategy, business performance, opportunities, and investments. Gather and interpret data and develop recommendations and reports for management. Support the planning and implementation of large programs and initiatives, and regularly interface with management, both internally and client-facing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting efforts in the areas of policy analysis, government relations, and communications
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to conduct independent research, lead marketing and client-facing efforts, and create client-ready deliverables
  • Ability to define methodologies, work with teams to conduct data-driven qualitative and quantitative analysis, and make recommendations
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Scheduled to obtain a Master's degree by May 2022

  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in new subject matter areas
  • Possession of excellent data analysis and presentation development skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and consulting skills
  • Master’s degree in Public Policy, Healthcare, or Business preferred
