Commercial Cyber Transformation Consultant, Lead

In this role, you will lead complex, highly visible enterprise transformation projects that deliver significant competitive advantages and differentiated cyber capabilities to our top-tier Fortune 500 global clients (non-federal), who come from across a wide array of industries, including high-technology, life sciences, aerospace, manufacturing, and many more. Work alongside a group of highly skilled consultants who work together in delivering significant competitive advantages and differentiated cybersecurity capabilities to solve problems with innovative solutions. Support complex enterprise transformation projects with an aim to establish and enhance the people and process side of our cybersecurity capabilities. Bring highly skilled teams together to protect our client's organizations from both current and future cybersecurity threats with a competitive edge. Facilitate client and team meetings, interviews, and workshops, guiding clients through organizational design principles and change management processes required to build out an enterprise cyber capability, providing hands-on implementation assistance and advising clients on innovative business strategies, and representing the Booz Allen brand when communicating with executive-level clients. Adapt to evolving client needs and thrive in collaborative and fast-paced environment, outside of client work, enhance business development efforts for the Cyber Transformation Team by serving as a Subject Matter Expert, leading proposals, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with strategy, transformation, or management consulting

  • 2+ years of experience in cyber or IT consulting or practitioner

  • Experience facilitating meetings, interviews, and workshops and built consensus at the executive level

  • Experience in change management, project management, and organizational design

  • Experience in business development, proposals, sales, and account management

  • Experience leading teams to drive large-scale transformation programs

  • Ability to implement security programs or specific cyber capabilities

  • Ability to produce deliverables independently or lead a team to do so within a short time frame

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with strategy, transformation, or management consulting with commercial clients

  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting experience

  • Experience with common and emerging technologies and tools, including analytics tools, to drive business strategy decisions

  • Experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet

  • Experience with cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including NIST

  • Experience in assessing, designing, and implementing technology solutions

  • Master's degree

  • CompTIA Security+ or related Certification

  • Prosci, PMP, CCMP or related Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
