Communications and Change Management SME

Key Role:

Work as the communications and change management SME and work as a key member in the communications team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) Office of Electronic Health Records Modernization Program (OEHRM). Apply expertise in large program- wide communications for change in a federal or health care setting. Develop and execute a communications strategy, including coordination and oversight of communications, change management, and process activities. Coordinate communication campaigns and plans, including aligning communications roles and responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables. Track and report progress and performance. Identify risk areas and provide mitigation techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience with large program wide communications for change in a federal or health care setting

-Experience with coordinating communication campaigns and plans

-Experience with presenting reports to leaders

-BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, or Business and 15 years of professional experience. 25 years of experience can be substituted for education

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with the VA
