Counterintelligence Analytic Investigator, Senior

The Challenge:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a counterintelligence (CI) analyst, you use your specialized military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytical assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support the client program, protect our national security, and inform military leaders.

As a CI analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand threats to the organization. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, as well as apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for the client. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in threat missions, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:

-4+ years of experience with U.S. government counterintelligence (CI)

-Experience in working with the U.S. intelligence community (I.C.), DoD, and other U.S. government agencies and military

-Experience with analyzing policy development and implementation

-Experience with the development and implementation of counterintelligence support plans, threat assessments, and recommending mitigation measures

-Experience with executing agency CI awareness and reporting training program, researching threat information, providing CI threat briefs, and conducting debriefs

-Experience in working with defense security service, defense contractors, the I.C., and the acquisition community

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) preferred

-B.A. or B.S. degree preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
