Key Role:
Partner with Innovation Center Director, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Studio Director, and communications and marketing leads to execute against firm, marketing, and sales objectives, guide creative projects, and deliver creative concepts and customer experience that engages audiences and drives actions. Evaluate emerging technology to see how it can creatively represent specific Booz Allen's products, solutions, and assets. Identify opportunities to amplify the brand experience and build awareness in ways that are consistent, distinctive, relevant, and essential to target audiences. Uphold brand and style standards, lead creative process from concept to completion, and oversee the creative teams in the production of all visual expressions. Collaborate with Customer Experience Lead to review qualitative and quantitative evaluative research results to comprehend the customer journey, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies for adjusting and enhancing creative concepts in ways that are distinctive, relevant, and essential to target audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience as a creative director or lead developing and delivering digital design visual narratives and campaigns across diverse formats, media and channels
-Experience with gathering requirements, applying needs and insights, and communicating and executing strategies
-Experience with strategic planning, change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications
-Knowledge of business, communications, and marketing objectives and translating them into a dynamic customer creative experience in an integrated manner
-Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments and managing competing priorities
-Ability to communicate effectively with designers and engineers
-Ability to interface with senior executives interested in learning about and participating in guided technology demos
-BA or BS degree in Art, Design, Media Production, CS, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with collaborating and briefing senior executives and clients across the federal government space
-Knowledge of leading-edge technologies and the innovation ecosystem
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
