Customer Relationship Management Solutions Lead

Key Role:

Lead project discovery and design to support future implementation of a scalable CRM system to enhance availability, quality, and utility of data and information. Apply expertise in technologies, methodologies, and tools relevant to using CRM systems for international development and collaborate directly with internal colleagues and partners to understand their needs and priorities for a CRM system. Conduct data requirement working sessions focused on data object mapping, data transformation, and planning directly with the functional architect, technical architect, and client stakeholders. Collaborate with functional and technical team leads to help finalize data models necessary for successful project delivery. Work closely with informational technology client services and enterprise architecture colleagues to interpret client functional and informational needs and turn them into data and security requirements, process models, and active systems. Create system documentation and user guides, develop documentation related to data migration and integration, and complete data related technical documentation necessary for successful project close out. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing technology solutions, including CRM platforms
  • Experience with managing external client projects from a data solution perspective
  • Experience with developing technology solutions for the U.S. government and the operational capacities of international organizations
  • Experience with conceptual and logical data modeling work
  • Ability to design an integrated data model
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with collaborating with various teams and be able to both give and handle constructive feedback
  • Experience with gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs
