Key Role:
Support and establish an overarching process, including privacy, compliance, and regulatory factors, and guidelines for responding to respective region’s-based data loss cases. Create frameworks and map current state and prepare a roadmap for the future state. Support stakeholders to identify crown jewels and new risks to achieve successful risk reduction. Develop use cases and create, test, and implement rules to support data loss prevention. Support and build out data loss prevention service in addition to maturing incident response for data breaches. Support operations of cloud access security broker solutions, including maintaining knowledge of new CASB features and functions. This position is open to temporary remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in information security or technology
Experience in data protection engineering, data loss prevention, threat, SOC, or cybersecurity operations
Experience with analyzing DLP policy content, build outs, processes, and workflows
Experience working with data protection and data loss prevention tools
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working in the corporate or federal realm or data protection and data loss prevention program
Knowledge of investigative or data protection and data loss prevention tools, including DLP, Data Classification, Monitoring, Splunk, Incident Response, or data visualization
Ability to conduct complex investigations with data loss emphasis
Ability to advise clients on relevant technical issues for their data protection needs
Ability to navigate the complexities of client engagements
Ability to work on client needs and promote and discuss potential solutions
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,00 to 100,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
