Digital Channel Management and Analytics Lead

Key Role: 

Serve as a Digital Channel Management and Analytics Lead driving an integral function within the Brand, Marketing, and Media corporate function as an expert driver of marketing automation, digital channel planning, email marketing, social media management, and business analytics. Lead skilled centers of expertise (COE) and business sector-facing delivery teams, redefining and accelerating the firm’s digital channel strategy and operational management. Lead as a forward-thinking digital marketing leader with a keen business sense and leverage experience optimizing marketing automation and CRM platforms to drive sophistication and expansion of our digital audience engagement activity. Create a complete customer journey view, direct innovative and engaging social and email campaigns, and manage strategic technology relationships with an eye toward optimized in-house and external operational efficiency. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of experience in leading digital marketing strategy in a consulting, professional services, or agency environment with a business or government customer focus 

  • Experience leading and directly supervising a team of channel strategy, audience engagement, and analytic discipline specialists

  • Experience working cross-functionally with business sector leads and marketers, creative, media and channel owners, and outside vendors and agencies

  • Experience with integrated digital marketing across all marketing platforms, including web, social, and email, including paid and owned

  • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Government (B2G) marketing environment

  • Experience delivering best-in-class activation of social media, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, including Tableau, MS Dynamics, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Analytics and Experience Manager, and Sprout Social, and project management systems, including Kapost, Asana, and Jira 

  • Experience with marketing performance measures, insight delivery, and close partnership with business sector objectives and internal stakeholders

  • Experience supervising and directing a Business Analytics function that performs extraction, analysis, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources and across multiple dimensions to advise, measure, and report on business KPIs, content performance, audience behavior, and effectiveness of multimedia marketing efforts  

  • Experience building and stewarding technical governance, legal, and security standards across external-facing digital platforms 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and WebEx

  • Experience in analyzing enterprise-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate policies

  • Ability to be a strong hybrid leader embodying a strategic thinker, tactician, and driver of operational excellence 

  • Ability to oversee audience strategy frameworks and processes to develop customer-centric end to end marketing strategies

  • Ability to evolve and develop digital marketing and analytics platforms, collaborate with technical resources to define solutions, and build processes, standards, and optimized architecture

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing competing priorities and staff management responsibilities 

  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and educate others on the latest digital tools, processes, and best practices

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Certifications in digital marketing, marketing automation platform, search engine optimization, and user experience preferred 

  • Master’s degree preferred

Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $150,000 to $170,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
