Key Role:
Network with local and federal partners to stay abreast of the latest regional Joint planning initiatives and preparations around significant events. Strengthen relationships internally between our team, including the Business Assurance Office and Security Services, and firm business leaders at each office. Support local office planning and training and drive process improvement and efficiencies. Support the team's response to crises and other disruptions and help to track and improve performance continuously during responses by leveraging input from leadership and knowledge of industry best practices. Manage the application of analytical risk management principles that enable organizations to achieve mission assurance by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to, and recovering from emergencies. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with designing and executing compliant emergency exercises
-Experience with various open and closed source intelligence and employee alerting platforms
-Experience with business planning and providing executive-level support
-Ability to respond to emergencies on nights and weekends, as needed
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with private sector emergency management principles and practices
-Knowledge of public and private sector emergency and risk management preparedness, mitigation, planning, response, training, and exercises
-ABCP/CBCP or AEM Certification a plus
