Energy Contract Specialist and Procurement Analyst

Key Role:

Analyze contract negotiations and development processes and practices. Administer existing contracts and renews strategic alliances. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with acquisition and grants management

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with preparing cost analyses, market research reports, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with writing procurement package components
