The Challenge:
This program ensures proper development and acquisition of the combat and weapons control systems for both in-service and new construction ships. You will maintain responsibility for overarching program management support, performing administrative functions, developing spend plans, overarching programmatic financial management, implementation of business process improvement, developing senior-level financial or logistical briefings, tracking, providing status updates, and processing a wide variety of tasks to completion, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions.
You'll, maintain an action tracker to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time, maintenance of financial trackers, participation in various meetings, and assisting with the monitoring of cost and schedule impacts. You will also maintain responsibility for the consolidation of comments and the evaluation of briefs, reports, naval messages, tracking configuration change documentation through the approval process, including coordinating across multiple other programs and organizations. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
You Have:
6+ years of experience with Navy Program Management
Experience with Naval Installation Engineering
Experience with supporting the DoD
Experience in working with Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities
Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Pro
Ability to develop spend plans
Ability to develop, document, and implement new processes
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with installation and technology insertion hardware processes and practices
Experience with NAVSEA or Team Submarine
Ability to be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Clearance:

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Colorado: $77,400 - $161,700 (annualized USD)
New York (including New York City): $82,300 - $197,700 (annualized USD)
