Field Facing Change Management Analyst

Key Role:

Support the VA with Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project as a Field Facing Change Management Analyst. Support change impact analysis activities and related change management activities. Analyze change management, communications, process, and training materials and activities. Support stakeholder analysis and data management activities. Work as a project management support for sites, workflow analysis and change management activities support, risk identification, change management work product and deliverable review, data analysis, and reporting activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment

  • Experience with change management activities, including producing highly visible written communications

  • Experience in leading and facilitating client meetings with multiple stakeholders  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or 8 years of additional experience in change management in lieu of degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the VA 

  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records 

  • Change Management Certification, including CMAP, Prosci, and LaMarsh
