The Challenge:
Provide compliance, financial, and budget analyses of indirect and fringe costs for an energy-related project portfolio. Review and analyze performer-submitted indirect and fringe rate proposals for compliance with agency and federal regulations. Perform in-depth financial analysis of indirect and fringe costs against OMB and FAR cost regulations. Interface with programmatic, contracts, and finance teams daily to resolve any outstanding indirect or fringe cost issues and assist the programmatic teams with any specific performer financial questions related to fringe and indirect cost. Provide performance management analysis to leadership tracking progress of indirect rate negotiations and indirect and fringe rates in the context of total budget submissions. Assist with supporting any ad-hoc financial tasks, including budget review, financial viability reviews, and accounting practices analysis. Maintain current awareness of FAR and OMB cost regulations. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with financial analysis, accounting, or auditing
Experience with financial and compliance review
Knowledge of indirect costs, indirect rates, and common financial statements, including income statement and general ledger
Knowledge of OMB and FAR cost regulations
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with using Microsoft Excel
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent documentation skills
Master's degree
