Foreign Military Sales Analyst

The Opportunity:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst to examine how those resources are used and keep the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a foreign military sales (FMS) analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for an FMS analyst to join our team as we support international initiatives to acquire, deliver, and sustain fully capable, interoperable, and operationally dominant partner nation combat systems. You’ll serve as the direct support and advisor to FMS program managers, supporting the full FMS lifecycle of case execution. You will drive the performance of multiple projects using FMS systems and tools. You will also support or lead regular interactions, meetings, and presentations with international partner nation customers, leveraging your capabilities in stakeholder engagement and communications to facilitate discussions and produce strategic recommendations. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact DoD Security Cooperation initiatives while learning how to develop program strategy and eliminate risks across projects. Join us and help make sure our program stays on time and within budget as we improve the capability and interoperability of partner nation combat systems.

You Have:

  • Experience with providing support or advisory as part of an integrated country management team comprised of a case manager, logisticians, BFMs, and client support from across multiple contracts to meet FMS customer requirements

Nice If You Have:

  • Ability to develop and manage strong client or stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Certification in SC Planning, Oversight, and Execution Management, Case Life Cycle Management, Execution Support Management, or Acquisition Management
