Key Role:
Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience with hospital operations and communications in federal sector healthcare settings
Knowledge of health system and hospital operations, including clinical areas and environment of care, facilities, equipment, construction, material management, outpatient group practice management, strategic planning, medical records, and revenue cycle
Ability to lead and manage teams of all sizes
Ability to construct, manage projects, programs, and provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise
BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with leadership and team building, strategic planning and capital planning, regulatory compliance, revenue enhancements, and continuous quality improvement
Experience in federal health markets
Experience implementing telehealth in a healthcare setting
Experience in digital health implementation and strategy
Ability to coach employees and executives while maintain position physician relationships
Ability to analyze and resolve issues
MA or MS degree
Fellow - American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) certification
