Health Operations Quality Project Manager

Key Role:

Apply expertise in the analysis process to performance, procedures, and processes of complex health systems to improve both efficiency and effectiveness and address priority operational challenges. Advise on the delivery of operational solutions and ongoing performance management to help achieve operational excellence, quality, and safety. Work on a spectrum of operational environments across the provider, payer, research, and life science and public health segments. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with health operations or patient care
  • 3+ years of experience with conducting program and process improvement activities in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of hospital health system operations
  • Ability to lead teams of 5-7 consultants or analysts
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with building quality management systems
  • Experience with implementing healthcare operations projects
  • Experience with providing healthcare consulting for federal or state government agencies or public or private healthcare systems
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • MA or MS degree
  • ISO 9001 Certification
  • PMP, ICAgile, or Master Black Belt Certification
