Key Role:

Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Utilize specific functional knowledge and industry knowledge to solve problems. Analyze or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an operational, clinical, or consulting healthcare setting
• Knowledge of health quality, safety, value, access, and overall health systems operations
• Ability to perform basic consulting skills independently and as part of a larger team
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience as a health administrator or operational role
• Knowledge of access and telehealth
• MA, MS, MPH, or MHA degree
• PMP or Prosci certification
