Human Capital Consultant and HR Operations Specialist

Key Role:

Perform as an individual contributor and prioritize deliverables with minimal guidance on client engagement teams. Act as a human capital subject matter expert to assist with the structured methodology and approach for client efforts. Comprehend client needs to design and develop effective and comprehensive solutions. Analyze trends and communicate results to the project team that will assist with the decision-making process. Identify and determine potential solutions to highly complex and ambiguous issues and support the implementation of solutions. Prioritize deliverables and work independently with guidance. Leverage expertise in consulting in the field and provide HR operations support to federal clients. This position will span locations in the Washington, DC metro area dependent on alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with human capital across one or more of the following: strategic or operational workforce planning, organizational development, organizational design, workforce demand analysis, workforce supply analysis, recruiting strategy development, competency modeling and assessment, leadership development, leadership coaching, or succession planning

-Experience with structuring and conducting quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analyses activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Knowledge of HR operations

-Knowledge of federal policy

-Knowledge of the human capital and talent life cycles

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent consulting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

-Active DHS Suitability clearance preferred

-BA or BS degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
