Key Role:
Work to touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats, from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees’ growth. Manage a team and oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. Guide a team and partner with clients to support cross domain solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience overseeing work efforts of a team of IT system administrators supporting core systems and services impacting enterprise operations
2+ years of experience monitoring system availability, conducting analysis of incidents, and providing data to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis to explain impact on customers, systems, and security
Experience with developing and implementing policies necessary to ensure the team is following best business practices in the support of a large, multi-enclave, enterprise environment
Ability to coordinate responses to service outages, track restoration efforts, and keep stakeholders informed
Ability to ensure seamless transitions between design and development and operations and sustainment
Ability to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate to the customer the work effort and value provided by individual teams
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Compliant Certification within 60 days of hire
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with incident and change management ticketing systems, including Service Now
Experience with RHEL or CentOS
Experience implementing site reliability engineering best practices to increase availability, resiliency, and performance of a service
Experience with day-to-day management and maintenance of dedicated network, storage, and server infrastructure
Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Security+ Certification
ITIL or NITSM Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.EEO Commitment
