Key Role:

Drive full Agile life cycle consulting engagements and technology-based IT solution projects for clients. Apply advanced consulting skills, Agile Scrum master expertise, and industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Lead multiple development teams and provide technical input in the planning, design, and development of Java AWS cloud and Mainframe-based applications. Instill Agile practices, seek opportunities to implement improvements and efficiencies with processes, and work with project teams to continuously improve speed and efficiency of build and test processes. Communicate and coordinate with multiple project teams and multiple client stakeholders proactively and help to prioritize work based on client, security, and technical needs. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with managing IT programs or projects
• Experience with initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing, and delivering IT projects
• Experience with serving as a Scrum Master
• Experience with developing and career managing staff
• Experience with building and enhancing relationships with business lines and IT clients
• Ability to drive an Agile mindset and practices
• Ability to present to senior level clients
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with leading multiple Scrum teams
• Experience with business development related activities
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and issue resolution skills
