IT Project Manager and Task Order Lead

Lead a team of 50+ IT professionals to deliver full lifecycle IT services to include requirements management, design, development, integration, testing, deployment and maintenance of applications and network operations.  This role will include oversight of a large team of diverse IT professionals and subcontractors to maintain and transform the client IT services with a focus on migration to managed services. The Task Order Lead will oversee the performance, schedule, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract and client deliverable requirements. Analyze and track key metrics to measure progress and status, including project gate completion. Coordinate transition services across all integrated NNSA service providers, including developing, documenting, and maintaining procedures, reviewing all plans and schedules, managing equipment migration and redeployment plans. Task Order lead is responsible for developing project charters, project plans, staffing and organization. They will establish meeting rhythm, appropriate project management processes and procedures and act as primary task-level interface with senior client management.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with managing delivery of full lifecycle IT services and \ federal compliance programs
  • Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, management of network operations, incident response, SDLC management and experience with tracking costs, schedule, and performance
  • Experience with managing a diverse team of technology professionals and subcontractors
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and integrating service deliver across multi-task projects
  • Experience in contract and financial management and delivery of services against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Experience in change management policy development, procedures, processes, and training. Experience in risk management
  • Experience as a primary interface with both senior technical clients and executive level clients
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with managing IT service delivery through a managed services model to include establishing and managing delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and experience with leading insertion of innovative technologies and initiatives in large organizations.
  • Master’s Degree
