Incident Response Analyst

Key Role:
Lead incident response planning delivery teams. Oversee client engagements, including the building of an overall picture of the client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Lead discussions and workshops with analysts to executive leaders to help them develop an optimized approach to business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery. Advise on a path forward, build relevant plans and playbooks, and facilitate client workshop sessions to drive desired outcomes. Support the organization's sales cycle as they scale crisis management solutions in the markets being served. Broaden expertise in incident response planning and enterprise crisis management while serving as a key leader in growing a preparedness business. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in cyber incident response, disaster recovery, crisis management, or risk management related field

  • Experience delivering workshop sessions

  • Knowledge of external standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST CSF

  • Ability to lead dynamic and diverse teams

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced Microsoft Office products

  • Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity, incident response, and resiliency trends

  • Possession of excellent client relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including an inclusive approach

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 90,000 to 111,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
