Key Role:
Work as a health professional and focus on consulting for the analysis of performance, procedures, and processes for complex health systems to improve both efficiency and effectiveness and address priority operational challenges. Consult on the delivery of operational solutions and ongoing performance management to help achieve operational excellence, quality, and safety. Provide consulting services across the provider, payer, research, and life science and public health segments.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience as an intern, support contractor, government staff, or industry staff
-Experience with conducting data analysis, including qualitative or quantitative
-Experience with conducting work quality reviews
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Experience with working in a team environment
-Experience with summarizing and synthesizing findings in a written document
-Knowledge of problem-solving and data analysis
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
