Joint Military Analyst Manpower Staffing and Human Resource Policy Advisor, Lead

Key Role:

Provide professional leadership and apply expertise in Joint military manpower to onsite consulting assistance overseas. Demonstrate expertise in client delivery by diplomatically coordinating and providing support to Combined and Joint international personnel. Apply expertise in technical writing and comprehension and guidance and training. Lead complex tasks and promote teamwork by collaborating with onsite assigned personnel. This position requires international travel.

 

Basic Qualifications:

- 20+ years of experience in the DoD

- Experience with manpower policy and personnel detailing at the Service headquarters or Service Component level

- Experience in Joint assignments at the Joint Staff or Combatant Command level.

- Experience in Joint assignments with J1 Service headquarters or equivalent

- BS or BA Degree

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as an O-6 with top level school

-Experience with deployments and working overseas

-Experience with foreign military personnel related to security assistance and cooperative programs

-MA or MS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus
