The Challenge:
To manage effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. We have an opportunity for a senior analyst to provide direct support to the Program Manager in the Navy’s Mine Warfare Program Office.
As the senior analyst, you understand the complexities of the mission, will receive and act on client direction with limited supervision, and formulate and support organizational improvement actions. You will clearly and succinctly communicate program office goals and objectives to stakeholders and decision-makers through written and verbal briefings, including direct support for Tri-Annual Execution Reviews, Congressional Staffer Briefs, Program Readiness Reviews, Execution Reviews, and briefs to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, among others. With your knowledge of briefing senior leadership and understanding of naval acquisition processes, you will support and collaborate with our Navy clients to support the warfighter and help the Fleet to achieve optimal end strength. This is an opportunity to positively impact and improved acquisition programs for our client. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
You Have:
Experience in a DoD Acquisition Program Office
Experience leading complex cross functional teams
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, and data visualization tools
Knowledge of the PPBE process
Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and implement tasks with minimal supervision
