Organizational Transformation Specialist

Key Role:

Work across a broad range of health-focused government entities to identify available organizational data and understand how it relates to the organization’s strategic focus areas, stakeholder requirements, and the effectiveness of internal structures, processes, and workforce. Apply this understanding to develop and deploy solutions that leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvements in organizational effectiveness. Analyze and improve business processes, identify opportunities for the application of innovative technologies, and integrate processes into daily operations to drive efficiencies and improve decision-making. Develop findings and recommendations, author reports and deliverables, and lead client presentations. Serve as a task lead for a variety of engagements by scoping project requirements, ensuring the timely and successful execution of deliverables, and managing and maintaining client relationships. Manage and develop direct reports as required. Identify opportunities to expand Booz Allen's offering of services to both new and existing health clients. Participate in marketing activities such as authoring whitepapers, contributing to proposals, and developing capability briefings. Demonstrate the ability to build competencies in the areas of general consulting, project management, and business development as it relates to the healthcare market.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience applying quantitative data and analysis to inform and improve the effectiveness of internal organizational systems, processes, workforces, or structures
  • Experience with strategic planning, performance measurement, organizational design, change management, business process re-engineering, lean Six Sigma, portfolio management, or knowledge management
  • Experience in effectively working with teams and building and maintaining a strong team dynamic
  • Experience producing client-ready products, optimizing business performance, and managing enterprise-level projects
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare sector, including federal healthcare
  • Master’s degree
  • Change Management Professional, Project Management, or Process Improvement Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
