Program Administration Specialist, Mid

Key Role:

Analyze IT requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across IT teams. Apply specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with high level corporate or government environments to support senior management or executives 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and becoming proficient in stand-alone applications
  • Ability to perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures
  • Ability to monitor and maintain the physical security of conference facilities
  • Ability to schedule, verify, and support conference room meetings housed by senior leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading or supervising a team and working as part of an integrated product team (IPT) to deliver services to customers
  • Ability to conduct in-depth technical and non-technical conversations concerning work and be able to convey technical and non-technical discussions into easily understandable and grammatically correct written documentation
  • Ability to work and lead under pressure in a complex and changing technical environment
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Level 3 – Professional and working proficiency in writing, reading, speaking, and understanding the English language Certification
