Project Director

The Challenge:

In order to grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization (e.g., merger, split-up), our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, a lead management consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your expertise to lead efforts at giving them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a lead general management consultant on our team, you’ll oversee the building of an overall picture of your client’s current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll lead discussions and workshops with leadership and staff that will help your team identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise on a path forward – and the expected results - to leadership. This is a chance to broaden your experience in criminal justice and victim services while making an impact with your consulting expertise. Join us as we help criminal justice systems and victim services evolve. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
