Requirements Management Analyst

The Challenge:

As a requirements manager, you provide program management support to enable military capability development. You work with key stakeholders to capture, develop, analyze, evaluate, and maintain strategic, operational, and tactical requirements. You facilitate meetings, workshops, and engagements to support requirements management.  

This position requires a combination of project management, requirements management, customer relationship management, communication, and execution skills. You are a person who loves fixing problems and embraces the opportunity that an obstacle presents. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in management requirements, including formal configuration and change management processes

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise or capability level architectures requirements analysis

  • 3+ years of experience in requirements management tools, including IBM DOORS

  • 3+ years of experience in defense procurement programs, including in support of risk management and requirements management

  • 3+ years of experience in briefing senior leaders and decision makers

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience applying operational research techniques in support of analysis of alternatives, trade-off studies, and course of action comparison

  • 5+ years of experience in the maintenance of interoperability requirements, including interface control documents

  • 3+ years of experience working in support of IOS 9001 standard

  • Experience with requirements analysis, including in open architecture, active and passive radar technologies, command and control, engineering cyberspace equipment, or artificial intelligence for data processing

  • Enterprise Architecture certification, including TOGAF

  • Program Management certification, including PMP and PgMP

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $77,400 - $161,700 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $82,300 - $197,700 (annualized USD)
