Schedule Analyst, Lead

The Challenge:

You get called in when the project is going south or we are standing up a new program. You know how to dig into problem areas and successfully establish best practices and mature organizations. You manage a well-oiled team and provide your thought leadership to develop a tailored project control battle rhythm that is right sized for the organization. As the scheduling manager, you serve as the defacto deputy project manager, aligning the team to goals and advising of risks and challenges. You know MS Project or Primavera and have all kinds of tricks for developing, analyzing, and reporting on schedules. You’ve managed and integrated schedules of 1000s of line across workstreams and teams. You can determine if the project is on-track, realistic, and healthy. The real power of project analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create and manage multiple projects/program schedules and provide status updates and develop analytical reports that effectively communicate to all members of the client team and stakeholders for effective portfolio management to assist with recommendations for improvement to project leadership. You may develop integrated schedule risk assessments to predict the completion dates based upon performance and risk.

We need you to help manage some of the large programs in the federal government across the Washington, DC metropolitan area. You’ll have the opportunity to work across civil and defense agencies. You’ll develop and analyze project or program integrated master schedules with a diverse team of leaders, technical SMEs, business and acquisition professionals, clients, and stakeholders. You will develop and mature sustainable project management processes. You’ll have the opportunity to present new ideas to conferences and clients. You’ll lead teams, career manage and mentor staff, support business development, and mature our cutting-edge capabilities.

Empower change with us.
