Key Role:
Lead the development of scientific and engineering support for a Navy client. Maintain responsibility for scientific and technical client delivery to support Navy clients in space sciences and systems engineering. Utilize personal technical support success to help build a Navy-focused science and engineering team.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience developing and executing long-term and short-term Science and Technology Focused research strategies
Experience participating in Business Development activities
Ability to effectively communicate with both scientific and non-scientific personnel as well as senior leadership
Ability to explain and present complex scientific concepts to a broad audience
Ability to apply expertise across a wide variety of scientific subject areas
Secret Clearance
BA or BS degree in Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with supporting Navy leadership preferred
Experience with Naval research preferred
Experience with military service, especially in the Navy preferred
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
MA or MS degree in Physics or EE
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
