Senior Community Impact Program Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a Senior Community Program Manager and work with internal and external organizations to drive the firm’s reputation and social impact through sponsorships, charitable giving, employee engagement, and strategic partnerships aligned to the firm’s business and corporate citizenship strategies. Manage a portfolio of social impact partnerships and contribute to the development and management of a firmwide Signature Program. Identify and cultivate key relationships aligned to the business and for executive visibility and tracking program metrics and impact for program evaluation and corporate citizenship reporting. Employ social responsibility, program management, and strategic communications techniques for volunteer recruitment, grant management, employee engagement, event promotion and logistical support, and relationship-building. Collaborate with community impact professionals and volunteers as well as partner with marketing, media, creative, data analytics, government relations, military and veterans’ affairs, and key stakeholders throughout the firm to deliver integrated program

Basic Qualification:

-7+ years of professional experience in corporate community involvement, community relations, community partnerships, corporate philanthropy, or corporate social responsibility

-Experience as a community impact program manager with ownership of the strategy, including identifying targets and goals and program management from project inception to close-out

-Experience in working at a major corporation of 8,000 employees or more with a designated Signature CSR Program

-Experience in collaborating with corporate communications to engage internal and external audiences and to contribute to a company’s corporate affairs goals

-Ability to perform relationship management and community partnerships tracking and follow up

-Ability to operate across an organization to build relationships to work with and influence a diverse community of stakeholders at various levels of seniority

-Ability to be flexible, manage complex and fast-changing program elements, concurrent initiatives, and prioritize effectively in response

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of program evaluation and measurement and Theory of Change models

-Ability to work individually and in a collaborative team environment

-Ability to multitask across multiple projects to effectively manage priorities

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
