Social Media and Email Engagement Specialist

Key Role:

Help shape the future of digital presence as a Senior Consultant for a social media and email team. Support the Social Media Lead and Marketing Automation Manager by executing social media and email campaigns across all corporate brand channels. Execute day-to-day postings on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Monitor and report on social media activity. Create and send email campaigns to newsletter subscribers. Monitor email list health and inbound requests for information. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing 

  • Experience with using modern social media tools and tactics, including sourcing content for social media channels, developing and editing social media content, supporting paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing social media performance 

  • Experience with writing and creating social media content and using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

  • Experience with Project Management or Content Management tools such as Kapost, Asana, and Trello

  • Ability to learn new social media tools, innovative tactics, and adopting best practices 

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace 

  • Ability to work well as a team member and individual contributor

  • Ability to function within a remote and distributed team 

  • Ability to work with Social Media software and adopt new digital marketing technology  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Advertising, Communications, Media, or Business Administration

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Email Marketing

  • Experience with Eloqua or Marketo tools  

  • Experience with working in a B2B or B2G environment  

  • Experience with writing for social media platforms or email communication to engage audiences and drive action 

  • Experience working at an Ad Agency or within a Corporate Marketing or Communications group 

  • Knowledge of HTML or CSS

  • Knowledge of basic design principles

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $53,800 - $100,900 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $57,100 - $123,300 (annualized USD)
