Strategy and Operations Project Manager

Key Role:

Lead in scoping, developing and managing execution steps of Commercial business operational solution efforts. Support strategy scoping, data analysis, content and communication creation and program launch execution. Manage ongoing optimization of solutions through project plan management, documentation, reporting, execution and governance support, and spending and ROI analysis. Collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with managing projects
  • Experience with data and financial management, including spend management analysis
  • Experience with Strategy consulting, project management, or program management
  • Experience with deck writing
  • Ability to effectively diagnose, deconstruct, and prioritize complex problems

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with internal and external networks
  • Knowledge or experience with related industry and government risk compliance and regulatory standards
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate and create consensus
  • Ability to apply expertise in change management and business management transformational efforts
  • PMP or Agile Certification
