Key Role:

Leverage operational submarine knowledge and experience to support NAVSEA submarine programs. Support critical and insightful thought leadership in developing strategies, plans, and documentation in the areas of program management, fleet support, installation planning and execution, engineering and logistics products to assist clients with shaping and executing the long-term vision and success of the program. Coordinate with stakeholders across the program office and with outside activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a submarine officer, senior enlisted or in a NAVSEA program office
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the Navy correspondence manual
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with submarines or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with submarines

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in submarine type commander staffs
• Experience with submarine combat systems
• Ability to communicate across and outside the program office
• Ability to communicate ideas in writing clearly, effectively, and efficiently

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
