UX Designer

The Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to transform the way a user interacts with web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise solutions? You know that a good product is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface – it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As an experience designer, you’ll put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage with the product. We’re looking for someone creative like you to work with a talented team to craft the ultimate user experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the development of user experiences that deliver results and connects users emotionally. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of UX designers, product managers, and technologists to design experiences that solve customer pain points. You’ll be an advocate for accessible design and always strive to tie the experiences you design with customers. You understand how to promote and use research (qualitative and quantitative) to guide the development of design artifacts. The right candidate will be able to connect the dots between business needs, innovation, and good design.
