The Challenge:
Are you looking for an opportunity to transform the way a user interacts with web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise solutions? You know that a good product is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface – it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As an experience designer, you’ll put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage with the product. We’re looking for someone creative like you to work with a talented team to craft the ultimate user experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the development of user experiences that deliver results and connects users emotionally. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of UX designers, product managers, and technologists to design experiences that solve customer pain points. You’ll be an advocate for accessible design and always strive to tie the experiences you design with customers. You understand how to promote and use research (qualitative and quantitative) to guide the development of design artifacts. The right candidate will be able to connect the dots between business needs, innovation, and good design.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with creating human-centered design solutions across multiple platforms to solve complex problems
Experience with designing and prototyping with tools that include Sketch, Axure, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
Ability to communicate design concepts across different audiences and varying levels within an organization
Ability to work with a client and maintain a successful relationship
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
Possession of excellent analytical, presentation, and client-interfacing skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
MA or MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology or equivalent behavioral sciences field preferred; PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology or equivalent behavioral sciences field a plus
Clearance:
