Workforce Intelligence Analyst, Junior

Key Role:

Provide Human Resources business intelligence and workforce analysis expertise to the organization to help develop business solutions and improve business management. Provide support across a wide variety of analytical tasks and projects that evaluate organizational supply and demand across the employee life cycle, with a special focus on analyzing employee sentiment data. Help design firm surveys and analyze survey data, and play primary role managing the administration of firm surveys. Help assess trends and gaps and produces analyses aimed at driving organizational decision making, influencing organizational change, and improving productivity. Collaborate with others, establish and maintain excellent working relationships, communicate effectively across a highly-matrixed organization and at different levels, and think and act strategically. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with quantitative analysis

-Experience with analyzing data in an academic or work setting

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to multitask successfully and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

-Ability to translate business needs into practical applications and solutions

-Ability to apply excellent customer focus and manage client expectations

-Ability to communicate effectively with clients verbally and in writing

-Ability to deliver results expeditiously, in a rapidly changing environment

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with analyzing survey data

-Experience with statistics coursework

-Experience with using statistical software, including Stata or SPSS

-Experience with hypothesis-driven research in a social science, business, or other applied environment

-Experience with managing projects

-BA or BS degree
