As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll develop complex systems in support of national security. You Have:

-2+ years of experience with systems engineering, requirements management, or quality assurance

-2+ years of experience with writing technical reports, clear and concise requirements, design, or test-related documentation

-2+ years of experience in interfacing with clients, customers, or end users

-Ability to think creatively and contribute to out-of-the-box thinking for complex issues

-Ability to comprehend data, draw conclusions from complex reports, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to recommend solutions to technical challenges and communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Office

-Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

-Experience with working in a collaborative and distributive team environment

-Experience with shaping technical solutions to solve complex problems

-Experience with user interface design and implementation

-Ability to show creativity and initiative to improve deliverables

-Ability to interact with management and clients and hold technology-related discussions with non-technical individuals

-Ability to thrive while communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal environments

-Ability to be a team player with high energy who thrives in an ambiguous environment

-Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams, and multi-task on multiple products and projects

-Ability to be results-oriented with a customer focus

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

-Active Secret clearance a plus
