Executive Assistant

Key Role:

Provide on-site high-level executive administrative support to senior leaders within a U.S. Army organization. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature. Use intuitive judgment, knowledge and ability to relieve senior military and civilian leaders of administrative details, such as supplying requested information, managing calendars and setting up meetings, arranging travel, drafting and managing military correspondence, and obtaining information from sources within the command and external stakeholders. Use technical and military vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of organizational operations, procedures, and personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as an executive or administrative assistant

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

  • Ability to communicate clearly and interact with senior-level military and civilian officials

  • Ability to learn U.S. Army support systems, including Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) or Defense Travel System (DTS)

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

  • Ability to organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with supporting or participating on project teams, undertaking tasks or objectives that accomplish goals

  • Ability to be a motivated self-starter who can work independently without direct supervision

  • Ability to work in diverse, dynamic team-based environments

  • Possession of excellent organizational skills

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
