System/SharePoint Admin

What if you could use those skills to improve the technology supporting our clients, mainly within the DoD?  We’re looking for a systems administrator who has experience in SharePoint 2013 and functional experience in PowerShell to help us continue with the sustainment of the SharePoint on premise (On-Prem) platform, the sustainment of the SharePoint Online instance, and the migration of all SharePoint data into the SharePoint Online cloud service.

As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll be supporting the functions of the sustainment of the SharePoint On-Prem platform, the sustainment of the SharePoint Online instances, and the migration of all SharePoint data into the SharePoint Online cloud services; hence the needs for skills in the System Administration, SharePoint 2013, and functional experience in PowerShell. You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in working with Microsoft Windows servers and Active Directory
  • Experience with PowerShell, System Administration, SharePoint 2013 and Automated Data Processing (ADP)
  • Experience in working with clients and senior staff to develop new initiatives and their adoption
  • Knowledge of application development and sustainment on the SharePoint 2013 platform, AF MTF business, organizational structures, training objectives, and common MTF challenges to assist with transitioning legacy programs and data structures onto SharePoint 2013
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree
  • DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level-II, including one of the following: Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA Security; CySA+ (CSA+), GICSP or SSCP
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate Certification (MCSA)

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with SQL database and transactional SQL programming, Microsoft PowerShell Scripting, Troubleshooting General Network issues, Defining and executing SharePoint governance, Gathering functional requirements and dealing with the functional and technical users of a system, SQL reporting and analysis services in a MOSS 2007 and 2010 environment, Microsoft .NET, C#, and Visual Studio
  • Knowledge of advanced business workflow design, Capabilities of SharePoint Designer 2007 and 2010, Agile development methodologies, Project Management Framework
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to revise requirements
  • Possession of excellent team leadership, development, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, and SharePoint Microsoft Certified Professional Certifications preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
