Key Role:
Participate in the development, testing, and delivery of software products or components to maintain existing and develop new systems. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise or full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with software development
Experience with Node.js and Microservices
Experience leading a software development team
Experience with React
Experience with Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with SQL, Git, Subversion, Jira, and Confluence
Experience with integrating into COTS applications
Experience with setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
Experience with performance testing to measure the screen's responsiveness
Experience with section 508 Compliance
Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
