That’s why we need you, a Budget Analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our client resources can make the most impact.
As a Budget Analyst on our team, you’ll provide analytical support for Budget Formulation and Execution activities. You'll collaborate with budget and accounting personnel as required. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and compiling budget data and supporting artifacts for review and consolidation. You will also support clients on assigned projects including meeting planning and facilitation, document review, and report preparation.

You Have:
Experience with gathering, organizing, manipulating, analyzing, tracking, and reporting budgetary data
Experience with supporting federal non-appropriated and revolving funds budget formulation and execution across matrixed organizations
Experience with using Microsoft Office applications
Ability to extract data from financial systems, transform and analyze the data in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas, and present key findings and recommendations in structured PowerPoint presentations
Public Trust
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with financial systems reporting
Experience with Capital Projects
Experience with supporting the budget formulation process
Experience with A-11 policies for preparing, submitting, and executing the budget
Ability to leverage SF 132 and SF 133
Ability to pay strong attention to detail and communicate across a broad audience
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to respond to short-turn tasking in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to manage and synthesize data calls
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
