Job Description
Key Role:
Applies healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Applies specific functional knowledge, working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, may review or guide activities of more junior employees. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with project or task management or IT Business Analysis
Experience in the healthcare industry performing as a technical or capability expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, informatics, and multiple platforms
Experience with technical programs for data visualizations and modeling
Experience with strategic communications and deck development, including developing a message to multiple clients, stakeholders, and project team
Knowledge of Agile software and project management delivery lifecycle, including planning through development
Ability to provide technical and functional support as part of a client service team for the two inter-connected IT data applications
Ability to work with different teams and across organizations to present and communicate analytical findings on an independent basis
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with process improvement strategy application
Ability to anticipate capability needs and adopt new strategies
Agile or SAFe Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
