Strategic Integrator

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to support major technology transformation efforts? Do you have a skillset to work with both functional and technical stakeholders? Do you have experience working on roadmaps and strategic planning? As a Strategic Integrator, you’ll work closely with Booz Allen’s Enterprise Operations corporate leaders in support of cross functional initiatives to break down corporate silos and deliver well thought through holistic solutions to solve complex enterprise challenges.

This is an opportunity to work on Booz Allen’s internal Enterprise Operations organization. As a strategic integrator you are responsible for coordinating and integrating the activities and outputs of across multiple service areas and projects within a program. You'll communicate and collaborate with various leaders, teams, sponsors, and stakeholders, and help drive cross functional initiatives with the objective to provide oversight and support through the full lifecycle of a program from planning, delivery to execution of transformational initiatives. As a strategic integrator you may also manage the program’s governance, reporting and documentation.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with business operations or corporate back office functions, including contracts life cycle, supply chain, or legal

  • 6+ years of experience with program or project management

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders, including within cross-functional team meetings and professional environments

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with packaged ERP solutions

  • Experience working on 2 or more full technology transformation or implementation efforts

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
