As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape the Navy’s mission by leading the engineering development of the submarine shipboard systems (unmanned vehicle, combat, and weapons systems) for both in-service and new construction submarines. As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape NAVSEA by leading development, integration, test, and sustainment of submarine systems. You Have:
- 15+ years of experience working in a Navy Program Office
- 15+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) processes
- Experience with using Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and MS Word
- Ability to develop, document, and implement new processes
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Team Submarine
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience in working with Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, homeports, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities
- Experience with installation and technology insertion hardware processes and practices
- Ability to be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational skills
- Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
