Project Manager
The Opportunity:
As a Program Manager for an IT Program, you will design, implement, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. You will apply your advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You must be able to work without considerable direction, mentor and may supervise team members.
You Have:
Experience in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination
Experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies
Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting
Ability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Information Systems, or 5+ years of experience in managing DoD projects
PMP Certification
Nice If You Have:
Possession of strong analytical and leadership skills, to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints
Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
