Research Analyst

Key Role:

Conducts and applies health science expertise to science and technology client challenges. Applies specific functional knowledge and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees. Provide support and assistance to Senior Research Scientist utilizing behavioral sciences including advanced human factor disciplines as well as statistical expertise to assist in the development of projects and studies affecting the military community.  Work collaboratively with program staff and leadership in developing evidence-based, data driven approaches to projects and other related activities in coordination with multiple Integrated Prevention Division directed prevention partners and agencies, organizations, Services, and academia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a collaborative environment

  • Experience with the design and implementation of surveys

  • Knowledge of social science research

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Army Public Health domain

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
